xemacs missing font

When I start xemacs I get the following warning:
Cannot convert string "-*-helvetica-bold-r-*-*-*-120-*-*-*-*-iso8859-*" to type FontStruct

I'm guessing it means I'm missing a font or something. What do I need to install to fix this?
