I have know idea how to use Ubuntu One with any email program or exactly what you mean by it didn't work.
I have a folder synced to UbuntuOne, I drag files to it, they upload to the cloud...

Hi...
Apparently, Evolution allows one to save addressbook information on Ubuntu One. However, I'm guessing that I need to create an account for it to work. ;-)
By the way, what happened to your avatar of you and your wife?

Hey that's a low blow - coming from a guy who's a cartoon :D
Seriously - I don't know why it's no longer displaying...
I just deleted and re-uploaded it - no change.
Maybe a certain smart-alec mod will look into it... 8)

You had a profile pic, but you didn't have an avatar. These are separate items in vB. I copied your profile pic into your avatar.
You're welcome!

Thank you sir! I didn't see that difference with the new forum software. Sorry if I took you away from your other interests... like blowin' that horn! Your band was awesome BTW. One of my sons is a pretty good alto-sax player. Played in a couple of high school and college bands but currently in the Air Force in tech school. I hope he doesn't drop it. He played at our wedding when he was 11 years old and wowed the party...

Happy to help, and thanks for the compliment.
Best way I've found to keep people interested in playing is to play music that's, well, interesting. I often check in with my kids to make sure they're enjoying the groups they play in. If not, then we find some other group they like.
