Is there a way to get rss feeds for new replies in threads in vbulletin (this worked in smf)?
I'm subscribed to the forums rss feed, but it seems to contain only new threads but no replies.
The rss feed is my main method of following the forums, and only seeing new threads leaves me somewhat out of touch of what's going on.

I don't see that as an option natively, but I will have to see if there is a mod for it.

I would second this. Thanks for checking on it.

I digged around a bit and using 'lastpost' option seems to work:
http://www.kubuntuforums.net/external.php?lastpost=true&type=RSS2
(Looks like a feed that includes replies)
EDIT: the fulldesc option might be useful as well:
http://www.kubuntuforums.net/external.php?lastpost=true&fulldesc=true&type=RSS2

Is it me, or KFN here? When I open your links, this is what I get:
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.<rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" version="2.0">

Try opening the links in an RSS reader. I just checked in Akregator, and they work.

Oh, okay. Adding one of the links in Akregator as a new feed works.

Another "problem" I've noticed is that the feed doesn't update all that often, what's the Cache Lifespan setting on kubuntuforums?:

Currently set to the default of 60. I just changed it to 10.

Thanks, "10" sounds like a reasonable timeout
