Hi,
This morning I got my first "security update" notification for oneiric - in text format. After the usual login with my username and password,
sudo init 5
failed to bring back the KDE GUI. It was nothing to do but to reboot with
sudo init 6
I have noticed that kmail was 4.7.2 whilst KDE - 4.7.1. In a pre-release version I thought it was 4.7.2 for both the kmail and KDE. Was that a scale back of KDE by the developers or is it just my poor eyesight and general signs of aging?
I am back on kubuntu 11.04 on my multiboot PC. I would appreciate any information and suggestions.
