KTorrent ipfilter plugin

This does not seem to be working correctly. When clicking the 'download/convert' button in the PeerGuardian Filter File dialog, the filter list downloads but then returns the error: "There are no IP addresses to convert in [path]" screenshot attached.

Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

Go here http://blocklistpro.com/download-cen...ll-blocklists/ and download the bp-level1.zip file. Extract it. Then when in the IP filter set up page, disregard the address they give for the blocklist and point it towards the file you downloaded. Then hit download/convert.

and or go to the Ktorrent web site and do sertch on the sub. and you will get working IP bloklist site's ........ I have a post or 2 thare as well
