KMail Authentiaction error

Hi, I am new to Kubuntu and am having trouble with sending an email message. The system receives mail OK. I receive an error message : authentication error NO 5.7.0 authentication failed; then, advising to try an alternative authentication method.

I am sure that the ISP settings are OK

you have 2 setings to worey about.........receving server(seams ok) .and sending server......

go back and check the setings for sending and make shure the encription type is right for your ISP.
