Firefox and Intrepid??

I am having an issue with my upgrade to intrepid. I am unable to print from firefox. The system goes through the motions but nothing ever prints. Things were working well before the upgrade. I was using KDE 3.5, I upgraded to the current KDE. I have googled up a bunch of info for this issue but I have not found any solutions. I have tried several of the suggestions I g'd up but none did any good at all.

Firefox also upgraded to 3.03. This make troubleshooting more difficult as I don't know if this is related to KDE4, Intrepid or FF 3.03. The only solid info I have is it worked before the upgrade and it doesn't work after the upgrade.

I have also done the standard things. Re-install FF. Remove the FF profile and let it rebuild.

Using opera for now.

You could check about:config (filtered on print) and see if anything looks wrong...

print.use_global_printsettings is true on mine... just a random suggestion...

http://localhost:631/ gives you access to CUPS settings for your printer, but if Opera works it doesn't seem likely the problem lies in there...

Oh, and just to be clear, are you having trouble printing html from firefox, or a PDF that you opened in firefox? Because I think I ran into issues with KPDF or Okular from within firefox a while back...

I am only having problem with FF. Everything else prints fine. Konqueror, FF, OpenWriter, Kate, etc. No problem with those. I have checked the about:config and don't see anything unusual there. I may not know what to look for, but all looks correct.

There is much found with google but all very old. Same issues, no solutions.
