Hi,

I have Intrepid installed and so far so good, EXCEPT, when I try to "Enable Desktop Effects". When I have in the past the screen goes black and I cannot do anything. In the end I have had to install all over again.

I was wondering if there is any way of saving the session preferences that can then be loaded up again should anything go wrong? That way I can see if the desktop effects work after some updates / changes etc and reboot to my old settings should things go wrong.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers
