KDE - 4.1 - Missing Icons

Several Icons on Desktop and Program menus are replaced with a "?". Are icons missing in the upgrade. How do I re-associate them?

You probably need to upgrade(downgrade) the icons package.

I think the oxygen icons package is screwed up because I've had the same issue with it for a while. I don't have any icons for the submenu's, but all the app icons are there.

I switched to the crystal icons.

I just upgraded to 4.1, I dont see this problem.
