Configuring USB modem for a CDMA phone

hi guys,
i am new to this forum and new to Kubuntu. I had earlier installed and used Ubuntu 7.10. Well guys therez a bit of difference in both the versions and hence this question.

i m unable to configure my modem. I use a Reliance (CDMA)Connection which uses a USB to connect to comp for internet. The model is LG LS 110. can anyone give me drivers & instructions to install them and connect to internet. I'd done sucessfully for Ubuntu 7.10.
