KDE4 fonts odd in forum

When I'm on the main page of the Forum, all the fonts look correct. When I click on Forums, the fonts are not the same and don't display properly. As I've just installed KDE 4 (kde4-core only followed by the upgradable packages Adept Notifier came up with plus three install packages), I don't have any 'experience' with it.

Help?

Main page displays correctly. All fonts display properly.
Fonts are not displayed properly on the following sections
of the Forum from the main page menu bar:
Forum
Calendar
Profile
Search
Help

From the Personal Menu, the following pages do not display
properly:
Personal CP
PM

From the Board Menu, the following pages do not display
properly:
New Posts
New Replies
User
Help

Hmmm.... I just tested in:
FF=fine
Konqueror=fine
Konqueror-kde4=fine

I don't know ??? ???

This is on my HH kde4 system.
I'll try the GG version later.

Okay, in GG:
FF=fine
Konqueror kde3=fine
Konqueror kde4= fonts are fine but every page I want to open kicks me out and demands login/password.
For example:
logging in gets me straight to the kubuntu forum page. opening calendar kicks me out. Reading my PM kicks me out, etc.

This is only in kde4 on GG ??? ??? ???

It is definitely a problem with KDE4 in some fashion. I fired up the KDE4 Konqueror in the KDE 3.5.8 desktop, and the problem is still present. See the following screen shots.

HMM.. I cannot replicate that on my machine but I remember a post here about font rendering that was showing the exact same symbols. I'll see if I can find it.

They aren't symbols, rather, a font that either is not on my machine (so can't be rendered properly), or something else having to do with the php coding on the pages. As I said, the main page of the Forum displays all of the fonts properly, even in the log on area. That specific location of the main page only displays the odd font problem when I'm logged out. The odd font shows as in the posted image on all of the specific areas of the Forum I identified.
