I'm still pretty new to the world of Linux but figured the best way for me to learn was to jump right in, so I downloaded Gutsy to make it more interesting.
My biggest issue so far has been that ksynaptics doesn't seem to work quite right. When I first ran it it worked just fine. I was able to turn the tapping off, but now each time I restart the tapping is enabled again. The odd thing is that when I open up the options for ksynap[tic it says its still off.
Not sure what to do. I have tried to purge the ksyanptics software and reinstall it but that has done nothing to remedy the issue. It's minor and I can live with it if that is the only issue I come across but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what might be causing the issue.
