ext usb drive mount

I have a ext. usb harddrive I use for back up. Normally just turn it on and Kubuntu mounts and displays an icon on the desktop. I can access the files and copy them to my kubuntu box. Feisty recognizes the drive but won't mount it? Any ideas anyone?

make sure you don't have the "noauto" flag turned on for your hdd?

Its feisty, back on Edgy and everything working ok. Feisty definitely has taken a turn for the worst since herd 5. Updater broke among many other buggy things happening.

well, no offense, but duh. its in testing. that should be expected to a certain extent...
